Our apartment residence in Kathmandu is high quality, self-contained where each apartment fully furnished, fully equipped and serviced. All the apartments consist of One-Bedroom (twin, double or platform beds), Living, Dining, Kitchen, Bathroom and a private balconywith a scenic view and a spacious rooftop garden with a panoramic view of the valley, hills and mountains. (Larger apartments with more bedrooms can be arranged on special request) Therefore our furnished serviced apartments for rent in Kathmandu are better choice than apartment hotels.

Mandala House is not a hotel, but rental service for apartments and office. The rent is based on landlord and tenant agreement for on long or short term stay.
